Jack loves his baby sis...a.k.a Baby Aaah!!
It is the most amazing thing to watch your children play together! I'm not sure who was having more fun them or me watching them! Jack is so sweet with his sister, we thought he would be jealous but he hasn't been at all! Jack has a hard time waking up in the morning but the instant he sees his sisters face starring back at him he laughs and is ready to get out of his crib! He trys desperetely to entertain her, he was trying to play peekaboo with her today and she was trying to kiss and hug him! Some days are sooo hard but days like these make it all worth it!

My Weight Loss Journey after Baby #2!!
OMG!! Baby #2 left my body in bad shape! Well, it didn't help that I gained 36lbs! I think after 25lbs there's no turning back! I breast fed but stopped at 4months so now the boobs are majorly saggin and my butt and thighs are holding on to the fat for dear life! I normally am pretty motivated and loose weight fairly easily, not this time! The jump from one kid to two hasn't been that hard, well not as hard as i thought it would be but finding time for yourself is nearly impossible! Here's what I've done this far and what I plan to do. I'm going to weigh in every Friday and post how i felt for the week and so on...
Weight Watchers: I did this when my daughter was 7weeks and lost 12lbs, yeahhh!! It was easy in the begginning but at each meeting all the ladies would talk about what new dessert or snack they found for 1 or 2pts! I ended up eating all that crap and not feeling that great! Also, they push fiber which I agree you have to have a lot of fiber for health and to loose weight but they were putting major fiber in there products. Lets just say, I've never had so much gas in my life!!
Eating every 2-3 hours: After my first son my husband actually wanted to loose weight so we went to a nutritionist at NorthWestern and I lost 11lbs in 4 weeks! So, this is what I'm trying again. I have to keep a journal and watch the clock but it seems to give me the fastest results! That's what I need right now, fast results!! So I eat breakfast at 8am and then eat a snack like an apple at 10-10:30am. I seem to have a lot of energy eating this way as well. I eat one of two things for breakfast an egg and cheese on a light english muffin or Puffins original cereal. Stay tuned because I seem to fall off the wagon as soon as I drink!
Excercise: This is sooo key for me! If I don't do this the above really doesn't work either! I was doing a kickboxing class that I really enjoyed when I lost the 12lbs but haven't done it in awhile! As soon as I start eating crappy then I stop working out, I think..."the hell with it" and then proceed to eat what I want!
I'm starting to run outside and just started doing that Jillian Michaels dvd, Shred 20lbs in 30 days. We'll see!
Start weight 7/1/08 146lbs!! Yikes, I can't believe I'm going to post this!
Oh, I need to loose about 1olbs by August 16th for a wedding!! I'll be happy with 7-8lbs though.

Tabloid Tuesday (7/1)
Kate Hudson and Lance, she's had a lot of boytoys after her divorce, No?? After being spotted out on Monday spending time at the City Bakery before a dinner date, Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong’s relationship continues to progress towards the “real thing” status.
Earlier today, the “Fool’s Gold” actress took her bicyclist beau out to Ivy On The Shore for a lunchtime rendezvous with her mom, Goldie Hawn

Heidi Montag and her boytoy Spencer were posing for the cameras again, yes they're at the dmv!! It's reported that Heidi is a republican and plans to vote for McCain and In return, the Presidential hopeful’s daughter, Meghan McCain, told the St Petersburg Times “that both Montag and her boyfriend, Spencer Pratt, are ‘nice’ and ‘smart,’ and hopes Heidi will do some campaigning for her father.” What?? It makes me want to become a Democrat!
